Waves Car Wash

A car wash review? Yes, indeed! I’m providing a review of an outstanding example of customer service. I recently became a monthly subscriber to Waves Car Wash. Another subscription? Yep, and this one provides some of the best value around! Unlimited washes, free vacuum use, detailing products for the interior, windows, and exterior, plus all the towels you need before and after your wash. One day, after taking my SUV through the wash, I returned home and noticed that the silver nut securing the rear wiper arm was exposed. I hadn’t noticed it before, so I checked the manufacturer’s website to see what it should look like. That’s when I realized the protective cover over the nut and wiper arm was missing. I called Waves to see if the cover might have come off during the wash and ended up in their lost-and-found. I spoke with Dan, who reviewed the video of my vehicle going through the wash. He determined that the cover was in place when I entered the car wash but was missing when I exited. I provided Dan with my vehicle information, and about a week later, I received a call asking me to come back so they could install a replacement cover. Now that’s what I call going above and beyon

This car wash is the best in town. The employees are friendly and helpful. They even have cleaning spray bottles and towels in the vacuum stations. I had a lot of Chick-fil-A sandwiches during 20th year celebrations here. Thanks for the sandwiches! 😂

Waves carwash is the best one around! Adam and his team, whom all have been with him for 10+ years, which speaks of his leadership, do an incredible job. They value customer service above all else. Keep up the great work Adam Korngold!
